Jaspreet Malik: Our Team
Jaspreet received a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of British Columbia in 1997 and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia in 2000. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2001. Jaspreet articled for La Liberte & Company and has been practicing criminal and general civil law since 2000.
Jaspreet has appeared as trial counsel in the BC Supreme Court and Provincial Court and as appellate counsel in the BC Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada in Ottawa, ON. In addition to his litigation practice, Jaspreet is one of the few Punjabi speaking Mediators in BC.
